Agreement to Terms

By using the services of PoolVantage Pomona Pool Care, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully before scheduling any service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

PoolVantage Pomona Pool Care provides professional pool cleaning and maintenance services including but not limited to weekly cleaning, deep cleaning, algae treatment, filter cleaning, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, pool opening and closing, and pool inspections. All services are performed by trained technicians using professional-grade equipment and products.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel appointments if conditions are deemed unsafe for our technicians or if the property does not meet basic requirements for service.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to arrive during the scheduled time window. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For recurring weekly services, we offer automatic payment options for your convenience.

Prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided. If additional work is needed beyond the original scope, we will notify you and provide a revised quote before proceeding.

Property Access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your pool area for our technicians to perform services. This includes unlocked gates, clear pathways, and restrained pets. If we are unable to access your pool due to locked gates or other barriers, you may be charged a trip fee.

We are not responsible for any existing damage to gates, locks, or property that prevents access. You are responsible for ensuring that our technicians can safely enter your property.

Liability and Warranties

While we take great care in performing our services, PoolVantage Pomona Pool Care is not liable for pre-existing damage to your pool, equipment, or property. We are not responsible for issues caused by faulty equipment, improper installation, or conditions beyond our control.

We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance for your protection. In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our services, we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.

We make no guarantees about specific timelines for results such as algae removal or water clarity, as these can be affected by many factors including weather, equipment condition, and water chemistry history.

Termination of Service

Either party may terminate recurring service with 7 days written notice. You are responsible for payment of all services performed up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for non-payment, property access issues, or if conditions become unsafe for our technicians.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
